Tammy Allan

Tammy is based in our Dunedin office and brings valuable experience across all areas of property law.

She has a particular passion for supporting first-home buyers, guiding them through KiwiSaver withdrawals, mortgage applications, and every step on the path to home ownership.

Tammy also has experience in refinancing and preparing Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time in her garden when the Dunedin sun makes an appearance, or finding inspiration for her own home through attending house renovation shows.
